Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Reybandz application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Description of Service

Reybandz is a fitness application operated by Reygadas Sports Group LLC that provides exercise recommendations, workout tracking, and training plans for resistance band, gym, and outdoor training. The app is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Health Disclaimer

Reybandz is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician or other healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. You assume all risk of injury from performing exercises shown in the app. Reybandz is not liable for any injuries sustained during workouts.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the Reybandz application are the property of Reygadas Sports Group LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application without prior written consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app, interfere with the proper functioning of the app, or use automated means to access or scrape app content.

User-Generated Content

Reybandz includes optional social features through which you can publish content that other users can see. Depending on the features available in your version of the app, that content may include the public handle and display name you choose, workout sessions you publish, reactions you give, comments you write, and the text of any report you submit. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and you confirm that you have the right to publish it. You keep ownership of your content and grant Reygadas Sports Group LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store and display that content inside the application for the sole purpose of operating the service.

Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users. You may not publish content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, defamatory, deceptive, or that impersonates another person or organization. You may not harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse any other user. This rule applies to every field you can write, including your handle, your display name, workout names and report text.

Reporting and Response

Every published post and every user profile can be reported from the menu on that post or profile. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. Acting on a report may mean removing the content, restricting the account from publishing, or terminating the account entirely. You may also contact us directly at support@reybandz.com.

Blocking

Any user can block any other user at any time, from the menu on that person's profile or post. Blocking takes effect in both directions: neither of you will see the other in the app, and neither of you can follow, react to, or comment on the other. Accounts you have blocked can be reviewed and unblocked under Settings.

Removal and Termination

We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at any time, without notice, for violating these terms. Content removed for a violation is not restored. An account terminated for abusive behavior may not be registered again.

Limitation of Liability

Reybandz and Reygadas Sports Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
